This little animation gives you a flavour of how we work. The Ombudsman for Retail brings clients and retailers together again and all that happens online. An independant conciliator has access to the client's claim and the retailer's feedback. After analyses of the dossier, he/she makes a conciliation proposal. If accepted by the parties, the issue is solved.
